Nicolai Elberling

I'm from 1973, and live in Copenhagen with my wife and 3 children.

I'm running the private company "The art of becoming a master" ("Kunsten at Mestre" in Danish), where I guide leaders to develop and master their leadership skills. My work is build on the philosophy that good leadership is based on good self leadership.

I'm also running a Danish blog on leadership: Ren ledelse, where I'm both author and editor.

In my spare time I both train and teach Ki-Aikido in Copenhagen (the official name is Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido which means Aikido with mind and body united). I've been doing this since September 2002.

I'm grated Shodan in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido and Shoden in Shin Shin Toitsu Do.
