My background in leadership development
I've been running courses on leadership development since 2005. In this period I have also started my own company "The art of becoming a master" and the Danish blog on leadership "Ren ledelse".

Other activities
From my spare time activities I have experienced great insights and a deep understanding on both leadership and self leadership. I have however, learned the most from Ki-Aikido, which I still both train and teach:

- 1995 - 1997 Karate in "Kyohan Karate club"
- 1983 - 1990 Sailing in "Hellerup Sailing club"
